Bill Darrah Believes that through our sports we achieve true understanding of our limitations. It is humbling to be beat at the finish line and this enables us to grow and become better. We believe in pushing the limits that we have set for ourselves. We believe that we can do much more than we think we can. We believe that true health comes from a balance of fitness, that is built on strength, aerobic fitness, diet, rest and recovery.We believe that there is a limit to what you can physically do and be healthy. Around these things we fit our work, our family and our friends. We seek balance in all aspects of our lives and believe that true happiness will come with true balance.
We believe that in endurance sports hard work built steadily over time will yield the biggest results. This is all built on a solid foundation of consistent work, with the appropriate timing of intensity and recovery all in the right proportion.
